Positive Life Choices was established in 2007 to provide quality and responsive social care and support services to enable people to live in their own homes and maintain their independence and to support people with disabilities to develop life skills and enable them lead a fulfilled and independent life, promoting inclusion and participation.

The company is based in South Tyneside, England and it aims to provide services in the surrounding areas of Sunderland, Gateshead, Newcastle and Durham.

At Positive Life Choices we support and care for those who use our service by:

Providing flexible and responsive services to individuals.

Working in partnership with individuals, families and other professionals to provide person centred care and support.

Supporting those who need additional help with daily living skills such as: shopping, assistance with medication, personal care, or to provide breaks for families who care for their relatives.

Supporting people with a learning disability or mental ill-health to move from hospital or residential care into supported living environments.

To provide person centred support to enable individuals to develop all aspects of their daily living skills; promoting community participation.
